I've added my support to the inclusion of templates and snippets in Flex Builder 4 to improve the workflow of the IDE in team of 2+ developers. Presently, there is no support for templates in the Flex Builder offering, which can make producing new classes slow, and fairly inconsistent across a development team. The ability to not only use templates, but be able to manage them from a central repository, will be a massive plus for me and my team. Further, if Adobe were to bake-in the ability for us to use snippets, it would not only make me very happy, but may even attract the admiration of my C# peers!
