Adobe Fully Loaded event

There's an Adobe Fully Loaded event taking place at Saltwater in Nottingham on 14th September, so I thought I'd go along. There are sessions around web, graphics and video, but I'm mainly interested in the web session (Studio 8). Hopefully they'll cram some useful stuff into the 3 hour session. I'll comment on the outcome either way!
Update (24th Sept): Sadly the event was little more than an Adobe sales pitch. This isn't to say that Adobe shouldn't be doing this; it's just I wasn't the only one not to return to the 'seminar' after the break! I was also disapointed at the level at which Adobe were pushing fairly bad practises, just to sell the advantages of their products!!
